Rooted in the Zulu philosophy and practice of Ubuntu, IMPACT: YLD works in community to foster Pipelines of Black Student Success by empowering and amplifying the youth voice to drive lifelong successful outcomes for our participants, families, and communities.

Develop young leaders who actualize and express themselves in crucial spaces, ensuring access, equity, and inclusion so that the necessary steps are taken to bend the arc of time toward successful outcomes that create opportunities and eliminate the barriers to Black Student Success.
