Cohort Members

Our IMPACT youth leadership cohorts aim to develop young leaders who actualize and express themselves in crucial spaces, ensuring access, equity, and inclusion so that the necessary steps are taken to bend the arc of time toward successful outcomes that create opportunities and eliminate the barriers to Black student success.

    Program Advisor

    Audrey Harrison

    Audrey is a living testimony of what it looks like to work inside your sphere of influence to impact successful outcomes for Black students. With over 30 year in education and ministry, Audrey continues to mentor, empower and remove barriers for our youth. Recognized as Tracy's BSU Advisor Emeritus, she continues to serve as a key thought partner and consultant.

      Wesselyne McKinney

      Integral to bringing all programming to fidelity, Wesselyne is invaluable to the team, providing strategic consulting, community engagement, program implementation, and so much more. As the Founder and CEO of Grace Supportive Services, she champions the mental, behavioral, and physical wellness of our elders and their caretakers.

        Kehia McKinney

        Leading with love, Kehia McKinney is on a mission to ensure equity, inclusion, opportunity, and access for students and families in the classroom and beyond. IMPACT: YLD leverages the "trifecta effect," where students, schools, and families work together and receive support to excel, thus promoting student success.

        Dominique, a forward-thinking educator with a tech background dedicated to advancing Black student success serves as a beacon of hope and empowerment for Black students, Through her leadership, advocacy, and unwavering commitment, she strives to make a lasting impact in the educational landscape.

          Yolande Barial

          A pillar of the Tracy community, Yolande is that woman about town who walks the walks the talk. Investing her time, talent, and treasure, she is a lead community engagement partner spreading awareness and garnering support for the youth we serve in our IMPACT: Youth Development program throughout San Joaquin County.
