A YOUTH-CENTERED APPROACH
Our program takes a fresh approach to education, focusing on the real-world needs of rising high school leaders. Throughout our carefully curated week-long events, students develop practical skills in leadership, academic achievement, post-secondary opportunities, career readiness, entrepreneurship, and personal development. This is more than just a week of activities; it marks the beginning of a lifelong journey toward earning diplomas, degrees, and launching LLCs.
Our innovative model allows students, educators, and advocates to experience the transformative impact of our program at any point during the school year. Empowered student groups are equipped to create local movements of excellence in their daily lives and educational environments. Additionally, they are well-prepared to capitalize on regional events and opportunities during the annual Black Student Success Week, held during the last week of April.
Black Parent Collective

Seize the chance to listen to our youth then activate your impact to bridge the gap of student success. Families and advocates of Black students are invited to a unique listening party where the youth voice takes center stage. Join us for an opportunity to amplify their perspectives, prompting adults and decision-makers to take action in supporting Black student success both inside and outside the classroom.
